Across several floors it houses hundreds of clothing and shoe shops, and bulk purchases, often from a minimum of twelve pieces, qualify for wholesale prices. It is popular with local fashion retailers and online buyers, and remains one of Singapore's few dedicated physical clothing wholesale venues. Most shops accept bulk orders above a dozen pieces.

The mall focuses on women's fashion, shoes and accessories, sold in bulk lots. Its customers include Singapore boutiques, online sellers and re-export buyers from the Malay Peninsula. For Chinese apparel and footwear exporters, it is a small but specialized wholesale node for entering Singapore and the surrounding re-export trade routes to neighboring islands.
