Marywilska 44 is a large wholesale-and-retail trade centre at 44 Marywilska Street in Warsaw's Białołęka district, the successor to traders displaced from the old 10th-Anniversary Stadium bazaar. After a major fire in 2024 it reopened as a container-style temporary market. It focuses on clothing, footwear, general merchandise and bags, and is one of Poland's largest garment wholesale nodes, serving buyers from across the region seven days a week.
It centres on wholesale of apparel, footwear, bags and general merchandise, carrying over the huge trader base from the former stadium market and serving second- and third-tier wholesalers across Poland and Central Europe. It currently operates from temporary container stalls while the permanent hall is rebuilt (progress unconfirmed). Chinese apparel and small-commodity producers can use it as a Polish re-export hub.
