Factory acceptance criteria should be agreed before the order is placed and should be measurable wherever possible. In addition to basic operation, define packaging speed, dosing accuracy, seal strength, finished-product appearance, fault rate, continuous operating time, and safety functions based on the actual product. Instead of writing only “the machine must meet the required speed,” specify the product and packaging material, target speed, permitted tolerance, and required continuous test duration. The product and materials used for acceptance should match real production conditions; otherwise, the test may not represent the machine’s actual performance after delivery.
