• Prioritize product characteristics: film, bag type, size and product determine the machine; output is a result.
• For fragile or irregular products, choose flow-wrapper or VFFS; output is cycle time times yield.
• After product characteristics are fixed, set output range by packs/min, feeding mode and changeover time.
• Selection order: product characteristics → packaging format → output → budget; reversing it causes mismatch.
• Require FAT with actual product to verify speed and heat-seal quality before signing the contract.
