• Record heat-seal temperature, pressure, dwell time and matching film speed as the sealing baseline.
• Save servo home positions, electronic cam phase and bag-length compensation for changeover reset.
• Archive PLC/HMI recipe numbers, alarm thresholds and photocell/registration mark sensitivity settings.
• Log infeed cycle time, dosing fill weight and pass rate as the capacity acceptance baseline.
• Keep the signed FAT report and commissioning parameter sheet with version number for both parties.
