• Review NDT reports; main load-bearing welds require 100% UT or MT.
• Visually inspect track frame welds for undercut, porosity, and cracks.
• Use a weld gauge to measure leg size against drawing specifications.
• Verify structural steel mill certificates, Q345B or higher strength.
• Spot-check bolt torque; track frame connection bolts must meet spec.
