How should belt width and line speed be calculated from required capacity on a commercial food conveyor?
Estimate capacity from product load per unit width, layer thickness, and belt speed, then validate the result with continuous production. The buyer should request drawings, parameter limits, and test records so the delivered configuration can be checked objectively. Keep the approved sample and test conditions as a reference for later service, warranty, and performance disputes. The same technical definition should be used during quotation, FAT, delivery inspection, and SAT whenever possible. If the supplier cannot reproduce the agreed test conditions, the claimed capacity should not be treated as a directly comparable figure.
