Record rotor tip speed, throughput, and product temperature together because nominal rpm alone does not describe high-shear performance. The technical agreement should connect the claimed performance to a defined product, test load, and measurable result. Changeover, cleaning, and restart conditions should also be checked when they affect normal commercial operation. This approach gives the buyer a practical basis for supplier comparison, commissioning, and future maintenance planning. A useful quotation should show both the machine limit and the conditions under which that limit was measured.
