How should rice-to-water ratio and cooking capacity be verified on a commercial rice production line?
Keep rice variety, moisture, and water-addition method fixed, then compare cooked yield, moisture condition, and core doneness. The buyer should request drawings, parameter limits, and test records so the delivered configuration can be checked objectively. Keep the approved sample and test conditions as a reference for later service, warranty, and performance disputes. The same technical definition should be used during quotation, FAT, delivery inspection, and SAT whenever possible. If the supplier cannot reproduce the agreed test conditions, the claimed capacity should not be treated as a directly comparable figure.
