What electrical specifications should be confirmed when exporting a meat grinder?

Before quoting a meat grinder for export, pin down the destination's voltage, frequency and phase arrangement—say 208–240 V/60 Hz single- or three-phase for North America, or 380–415 V/50 Hz three-phase for Europe—and specify the motor, contactors, thermal protection, emergency stop and any VFD accordingly, with nameplate data matching the actual build. Clarify which model a requested CE, UL or CSA mark covers, and what paperwork ships with it. Put those electrical and certification details into the contract annex, and agree on a re-check point at the first unit built after any configuration change. On acceptance, verify nameplate, wiring diagram and measured values per machine, then run no-load and loaded tests, recording current, temperature rise and program version for faster troubleshooting overseas.
