What information should a meat grinder control panel display?

At minimum the panel must make run, stop, fault and emergency-stop states instantly readable; variable-speed models should also show rpm, current or load. Before ordering, pin down button layout, interface language, alarm-code meanings and reset procedure, and for export units verify the target market's language and voltage markings. During the trial, deliberately trigger overload, phase loss and jamming alarms to see whether the display points straight to the cause instead of just flashing a code. Run your own material continuously before signing off, and log speed, temperature rise and machine response on the acceptance sheet.
