How should recipe parameter coverage be evaluated when buying an automatic cooking machine?
Recipe parameter coverage should be pinned down as measurable settings, not a headline number. Ask the supplier to break each dish into temperature curve, burner stage, tossing speed and trajectory, ingredient-drop timing, and doneness trigger, each with a readable value rather than total time alone. On site, cook the same dish three times back-to-back: can a colleague reproduce it after parameters are locked, and can you create, copy, and fine-tune one step without disturbing the whole sequence? Name the sampled dishes and the acceptance basis in the annex, so delivery disputes have a clear benchmark.
