During acceptance, verify appearance, dimensions, functions, safety protection and packaging, and keep test records. Do not compare unit price alone; include customization, freight, spare parts, after-sales support and downtime risk. Keep written records of inquiries, confirmations, FAT, acceptance and warranty commitments.
