Shipping protection for commercial heating elements should be specified around tube length, diameter and bend radius: ask the supplier to build locating brackets to the actual shape, fit terminal caps against impact, and use dividers or foam between multiple elements so long tubes are supported at both ends and never loaded or left unsupported mid-span. For export, use wooden crates with moisture-barrier bags and desiccant, and label wattage, voltage, sheath material and IP rating. On receipt, check appearance, insulation and cold resistance first, then measure mounting centres and thread fit, and install only after these pass; for units with thermostats or high wattage, also confirm lead length and wiring method.
