Then check the overall electrical diagram, rated power, sheath diameter and length, sheath material, watt density, protection class, mounting thread or flange dimensions, and temperature control and protection method to confirm that current, heat output, dielectric strength and terminal temperature rise remain acceptable at the local voltage. Before purchase, obtain the selection calculation basis from the supplier and allow margin for voltage fluctuation and manufacturing tolerance; on receipt, verify cold resistance, insulation resistance and sealing, and on site confirm distribution capacity, breaker and grounding protection match.
