How should real production capacity be specified for commercial heating elements?
Rate real capacity from the machine's actual duty cycle, not the nameplate wattage alone. Fix the load or product mass, start and target temperatures, and consecutive batch rhythm, then count qualified output per hour. Before purchase, verify rated power, tube diameter, sheath material, surface load, ingress protection, mounting geometry and temperature control, with acceptance checks on cold resistance, insulation and dielectric strength. Since heat efficiency varies greatly by application, only measured curves show whether a given specification truly meets demand.
