For exported industrial heating elements, first fix voltage, frequency, phase arrangement and earthing according to the destination grid, then calculate wattage and surface load from the medium, flow rate, starting temperature and heat-up time, and select sheath diameter, material and terminal arrangement accordingly. Match the control cabinet, fan and pump rather than changing the element alone, so the system stays compatible. Specify IP rating, mounting geometry, thermostat and overheat protection on the drawing. Accept by cold resistance, insulation, dielectric and leakage tests plus the heat-up curve, keeping nameplate, wiring diagram and delivered unit identical. Any rating change must stay under revision control.
