How much raw material should be prepared for a meat grinder acceptance test?

For an acceptance run, prepare enough material to cover start-up, steady feeding and sustained operation—typically five to ten minutes at rated capacity (25–50 kg for a 300 kg/h machine), adjusted for plate hole size, meat temperature and fat content, with the supplier confirming the figure in advance. Log input weight, temperature, formulation, plate spec and net output, and retain a sample so the trial can be reproduced later. Once bulk ordering begins, attach that approved condition to the purchase order, verify feed stability as the key checkpoint, and update acceptance for later batches accordingly.
