How does feed speed affect slice thickness?

On a continuous slicer, thickness results from how feed speed interacts with blade rpm: speeding up the feed raises slice frequency and, with blade speed unchanged, thins each cut. So confirm whether the two can be adjusted independently, the usable feed-speed range, and whether recipes for different products can be stored for automated changeovers. During trials, hold product temperature constant, vary the feed setting, and log actual thickness plus effective slices per minute. Treat net output and cycle time as acceptance figures, and recheck these settings at annual maintenance.
