How should export drain interface be evaluated when buying a lifting noodle cooker?

Settle the drain question before the unit ships, not after it lands. Compare the destination kitchen's drawings against the cooker: does the outlet diameter match the drain line, can the stub sit at the right height and offset for a direct connection, and will the floor sink handle the surge each time the lifting basket rises? Hot water dumped per noodle batch makes peak flow the real limit, so ask for factory water-test figures at maximum continuous output. A too-small sink may need a collection hopper or buffer tank, but that retrofit costs far more than confirming dimensions at build time. At handover, run a full basket and watch for overflow.
