How should lifting-cycle service life be evaluated when buying a lifting noodle cooker?
To judge lifting life on an auto-lifting noodle boiler, work from your own rush-hour rhythm: lifts per hour, basket weight with noodles and water, and the rated life of the wire rope or chain, motor and gearbox. An idle-cycle figure alone is misleading, so have the maker run a full shift with baskets fully loaded, noting jamming, noise or position drift. Fix the test load, cycle ceiling and allowed positioning error in the contract, state replacement intervals for basket and rope, then spot-check on arrival under the same conditions.
