How should full-load rotation be evaluated when buying a rotating clay-pot cooker?

Full-load rotation cannot be judged from a nameplate speed alone. Convert the maximum pot count, total weight and dynamic load into the turntable drive capacity, then test start-up, steady turning and deceleration to stop with every burner loaded. Watch for slipping, odd noises or speed drop at start, and confirm the table halts without overshooting the pot positions. Smooth no-load turning does not guarantee reliable full-load operation, so acceptance should use the actual clay pots and log the peak current or torque. State the loaded condition, pass threshold and test method in the order.
