How should whipping, depositing, and baking cycle times be matched on a commercial cake line?
Map each process cycle, buffer size, and equipment utilization rate so one slow machine does not become the line bottleneck. The buyer should request drawings, parameter limits, and test records so the delivered configuration can be checked objectively. Keep the approved sample and test conditions as a reference for later service, warranty, and performance disputes. The same technical definition should be used during quotation, FAT, delivery inspection, and SAT whenever possible. If the supplier cannot reproduce the agreed test conditions, the claimed capacity should not be treated as a directly comparable figure.
