How should recipe consistency be evaluated when buying an automatic cooking machine?
To judge recipe consistency, skip the showroom demo and run a blind test in your own kitchen. Lock the batch loading weight, seasoning dose, wok temperature curve and tossing rhythm, then have different cooks call up the same program and compare plates. This only holds if prep is standardized too: inconsistent cutting, marinating or sauce portioning will make the wok robot drift during a busy lunch rush even when a single batch looks fine. At acceptance, stir-fry three consecutive batches of the same dish and log core temperature, yield and taste scores; if spread exceeds your limit, have the supplier retune the stir-frying trajectory or heat compensation before signing off.
