How should overflow protection be evaluated when buying a lifting noodle cooker?
For an auto-lifting noodle boiler, confirm the maximum water level is marked on the nameplate or drawing, and that high-level protection runs on a circuit independent of the main controller. A single level sensor is not enough: ask whether the fill valve shuts off automatically if the sensor fails, or whether a mechanical overflow path exists. During acceptance, trigger high-level protection using the maker's safe method, record supply pressure, set level and trip result, then run continuously to watch for drift.
