How should basket behavior during power loss be evaluated when buying a lifting noodle cooker?

When specifying an auto-lifting noodle boiler, the decisive check is what the basket does the instant power drops. Have the maker halt a fully loaded basket at several heights and cut the supply: does it hold, or descend slowly under control, without splashing hot broth? Equally important is restart behaviour — the basket must not lurch or spring back on its own, and should move again only after the operator confirms. Record this on video with data at the factory, repeat it at site acceptance, and keep it as the reference whenever relays or drive boards are later replaced.
