How should automatic dosing accuracy be evaluated when buying an automatic cooking machine?
On a wok robot, dosing accuracy needs more than a datasheet figure. Ask which metering method handles each ingredient: liquid seasoning, granular or powdered additions, and whether it is a flow meter, auger, weigh hopper or vibratory feeder. Then run three consecutive batches of your own recipe and weigh every individual drop point, checking both single-shot deviation and cumulative drift. Confirming that a valve opens and closes proves nothing; only the weight actually landing in the wok matters. Log these results at factory trial, file them with the wok's nameplate, and re-verify once during the first week of installation.
