How should multi-basket capacity be evaluated when buying a lifting noodle cooker?
Basket count on a quotation says little about real output. Run a staggered-cooking trial in one boiling tank: load baskets one after another at the machine's lifting rhythm until fully loaded, then log each basket's noodle finish time and the temperature dip. From that, calculate actual bowls served per hour. If water temperature falls below setpoint or the lifting cycle stretches out, extra baskets add little. For acceptance, test full-basket batches with a standard noodle portion at the factory, keep the temperature curve and finish-time log with the machine file, and repeat the same run on delivery day.
