Then have the supplier run that exact duty continuously and count only bowls passing quality checks. The contract should tie any hourly output to a stated bowl weight and test condition, or acceptance becomes unverifiable. For all-day service, also log water-temperature recovery after twenty straight baskets and keep that curve as the boiler's maintenance reference.
